Save a PDF copy of any invoice from the Holt Supply Company Customer Portal to your device for your records.
From the Invoices list, click View on the invoice you want to download. This opens the invoice detail page. If you are already on the detail page, you can proceed to the next step.
In the top-right area of the invoice detail header, locate the Download PDF button. Click it to begin the download.
Due Date: February 28, 2025 • Unpaid
Your browser will download the PDF file automatically. Depending on your browser settings, the file may open in a new tab, save to your Downloads folder, or prompt you to choose a save location. The PDF contains the complete invoice including all line items, totals, and Holt Supply Company branding.

If you prefer to print the invoice directly rather than downloading it, you can use your browser's print function while viewing the invoice detail page. Press Ctrl+P (Windows) or Cmd+P (Mac) to open the print dialog. The portal pages are designed to print cleanly.
Invoice_{InvoiceNumber}.pdf. For example, the file for invoice INV-2024-0198 will be named Invoice_INV-2024-0198.pdf.
