One invoice, one payment
Pay an individual invoice directly from the invoice detail page. The full balance or a partial amount can be applied.
When you want to pay a specific invoice and control exactly where your payment goes.
Open the invoice, click "Pay", select your method, and confirm.
Select and pay in batch
Select multiple invoices from the list using checkboxes and pay them all in a single transaction.
When you want to clear several specific invoices at once while maintaining control over which ones get paid.
Check the invoices you want, click "Pay Invoices", review the total, and confirm.
Auto-distribute your payment
Enter any amount and the system automatically distributes it across your outstanding invoices, oldest first.
When you want to make a general payment toward your overall balance without selecting individual invoices.
Click "Pay on Account", enter your amount, select a method, and the system handles distribution.

Some payment methods may include a processing surcharge. The portal automatically calculates and displays the surcharge amount before you confirm your payment, so there are never any surprises. ACH and wallet payments carry no surcharge.
How your payment is automatically applied across invoices, oldest first.
When you use Pay on Account, the system distributes your payment starting with the oldest unpaid invoice and working forward. This approach reduces your past-due balance as quickly as possible. Here is an example of a $5,000 payment being distributed:
