The Holt Supply Customer Portal automatically generates comprehensive monthly statements for every customer account. Each statement provides a complete summary of your account activity for the month, including all invoices issued, payments received, and your running balance. Statements are generated at the close of each billing period and delivered via email notification, so you always have timely access to your financial records.

Every statement includes four key sections for complete account visibility.
Opening balance, total new charges, total payments received, and closing balance for the period. A snapshot of your account health at a glance.
A complete list of every invoice issued during the month, including invoice numbers, dates, due dates, and amounts. Matches your invoice list in the portal.
All payments applied to your account during the period, including transaction IDs, payment dates, methods, and amounts. Full reconciliation support.
Breakdown of your outstanding balance by aging bucket: Current, 30 days, 60 days, and 90+ days. Helps you prioritize upcoming payments.
Navigate to the Statements page from the sidebar to see all available statements. The list shows every statement generated for your account, organized by month with the most recent at the top.
Each row displays the statement month, statement date, file name, and creation date. Click the download icon to save the PDF to your device instantly.
