Resetting Your Password

Forgot your password? No problem. Follow these steps to reset your password and regain access to your Holt Supply Company Customer Portal account.

Prerequisites

Go to the Login Page and Click "Forgot Password?"

Navigate to the portal login page. Below the Sign In button, you will see a "Forgot Password?" link. Click on it to start the password reset process.

Enter Your Email Address

On the password reset page, enter the email address associated with your portal account. This must be the same email you used when creating your account. Then click "Send Reset Link."

Enter the email address associated with your account, and we will send you a link to reset your password.

Check Your Email for the Reset Link

Open your email inbox and look for a message from Holt Supply Company with the subject line "Password Reset Request." If you do not see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.

Click the "Reset Password" button in the email. You will be taken to a page where you can enter a new password. Type your new password and confirm it by typing it again, then click "Update Password."

Enter your new password below. Make sure it meets the complexity requirements.

Password requirements:
✓ At least 8 characters
✓ One uppercase letter
✓ One lowercase letter
✓ One number
✓ One special character
Update Password

Password Updated - Proceed to Login

You will see a confirmation message that your password has been updated successfully. Click the "Go to Login" button or navigate back to the login page and sign in with your new password.

Tip: The password reset link expires after 60 minutes for security reasons. If the link does not work or has expired, go back to the login page and click "Forgot Password?" again to request a new reset link.
